CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION COVID – 19
Haddenham Carpets is taking the spread of Coronavirus in the UK&I extremely seriously. Our number one priority remains the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers, providing a safe and clean environment for you. We are taking a “business as usual” approach, and it is our intention to function as normal as possible for as long as possible.
We are staying well informed of the developing situation and are following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.
We are in daily contact with all team members working in our shop and out installing, who continue to be stringent around hygiene and cleaning regimes including thorough, frequent handwashing. We have also increased our cleaning in store, particularly for those areas touched regularly by team members and customers.
Finally, to help minimise the spread of the virus, we are following the latest Government recommendations and asking any team member with symptoms to self-isolate. We continue to request that any customer returning from certain affected areas abroad – or those who have been in close personal contact with someone who has contracted the virus – to self-isolate for fourteen days. We also ask that any customer with mild symptoms who have been to any of the countries listed on the Government website, do not enter Haddenham Carpets, or to advise our booking team if you have an installation booked.
We will inform you if any of our installation team members have to take time off for infection as this may affect an installation date you already have booked in.
